– In Danny’s amateur career, he won a bronze medal at the 1993 European Championship which was in the 91k/kg/201Ibs weight
– In 1994, he went on to win a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in the super heavyweight level

– McLeod is of Jamaican parentage and is the only black professional snooker player currently

– Dr Iqbal uses his position to support various health campaigns and charities including most recently a national Defibrillator campaign with Oliver King Foundation and the ‘Get up Get moving’ School physical activity program

– Saqlain Mushtaq is a Pakistani cricketer, known for pioneering the ‘doosra’, which he employed to great effect during his career
– Saqlain played 49 Test matches and 169 One Day Internationals (ODIs) for Pakistan, between 1995 and 2004

– At the age of 16, through his determination and love for football, he decided to complete his coaching badges doing his Level 1 and 2 before going on to coach his local club’s under-10 team
– In 2012, Sohail opened the organisation Class on Grass
– It is a cheme to develop young players in a friendly and focused way
– Sohail is a member of the Manchester united Disabled Supporters’ Association
– Due to his amazing work he was contacted by none other than Sir Alex Ferguson congratulating him on his achievements
– He is the younger brother of former WBA and IBF World Light Welterweight Champion Amir Khan and is the first cousin of English cricketer SajidMahmood
– Haroon took up boxing through watching his older brother prevail at the sport as a youngster
– Khan has previously won the Junior ABA Championships once and Junior Four Nations Challenge twice
– The highlight of his Amateur career came when he qualified for the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi following a defeat over Tanzanian boxer Sunday Elias in the third round
– Khan debuted at Super Flyweight and is currently coached by Oliver Harrison
– Imran has competed at English Schools Championships two times in the Long Jump finishing 4th in July 2012 at the under-15 level and 10th in 2013 at the bottom year of the under-17 age group
– Imran’s other honours include getting a silver and bronze medal at the English Championships at under-15 level, receiving the ‘Triple A’ standard which is the highest standards at under-15
– He won the Midland Championships in the Long Jump twice in a row – one of them being his debut Midland Championship
– Furthermore, he has won County Schools and District Schools three times in a row, as well as winning three times consecutively at the Young Athletes Leagues (YAL) in the Long Jump
– Qureshi also participates in other events apart from Long Jump, such as Running
– He came 2nd at the South-West Schools for the multi-events which indicates he has great potential to improve
– Saddiqa has represented West Bromwich Albion and Birmingham City football clubs
– In her early years she trialled for Aston Villa’s under-11 squad
– After a spell away from the game, Saddiqa returned in 2008 and made history by becoming the first ever Asian female to join West Midlands Regional League Premier Division team Solihull Ladies
– Aged 19, she was offered a scholarship in America with First Point USA
– Currently studying at Coventry Univeristy she also represents the ladies first team
– She also works at the Warwickshire County Cricket Club
